ScribGen: Generating Scribble Art Through Metaheuristics

While many methods bridge sketches and images, few turn images into expressive scribbles. Our work explores this untapped potential using metaheuristics instead of traditional learning-based approaches. By analyzing various algorithms, we show they strike a unique balance between creativity and efficiency.
